Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lubben Books. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We ship strictly to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not packed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
· Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Estimated 1–8 business days for delivery.
· Local Shipping (49319 zip code): Next-day shipping Monday-Friday when order is placed prior to 7pm ET. Orders placed Saturday prior to 7pm ET will have guaranteed delivery on the following Monday, while orders placed Sunday prior to 7pm ET will have guaranteed delivery on the following Tuesday.
· Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal carrier volumes or extreme weather. To help ensure the timeliness of deliveries, please submit Monday-Friday orders prior to 7pm ET.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of drop-off.
5. Damages, Lost, and Stolen Packages
Lubben Books is not liable for any books damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking status states your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24 hours (as carriers sometimes scan items early) and checking with neighbors before contacting USPS. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes after a documented delivery scan.
